I am a 3rd party fulfillment center in Montana who primarily preps for Amazon and I am wondering what is the best method for advertising to recruit shipments. We are a tax free state and online arbitrage sellers can ship to us and not pay sales tax which typically covers the cost of fulfillment services. Thank you.
