I was thinking to use Amazon fulfillment service FBA but I recently read some online articles that say FBA is not suitable for sellers that already have dedicated online websites. Is it true?
Think about it as another channel to sell your products, more channels more exposure and more opportunity.

No. I have a dedicated website, and I use Amazon FBA to fulfill orders. Shopify even makes it easy by having a direct integration. You just match up your SKU and Amazon will fulfill available orders that customers place on your shopify store.
