I’m trying to assign the purchasing workflow to my VA for 2 different suppliers. Is there a way to assign the 2 tasks all at once or do I need to wait until he’s done with one supplier before I can assign him a task for the next supplier? Thanks.
@lklar If you are always going to assign this task(s) to the VA, consider doing the following:

Edit the template
-
Go to the Task(s) in the workflow you assign to the VA

Assign them to the VA within the template
Then the steps will automatically be assigned to the VA when you start a new workflow.
