Damage Inventory Case

Opened a case about damage Inventory,on most of item Amazon replied:
Transaction XXX is inventory removed from your account because it was incorrectly received to your account or because Amazon reimbursed you for it. It is not eligible for reimbursement according to the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy.

Any suggestions?

@MaRa was it just a couple units of several SKUs or was there a SKU that had many damaged units? If you had a lot of a single SKU affected by this, could it have been mislabeled? If you’ve only been putting in email tickets, I’d recommend calling to escalate up the chain of command as far as you can.
