Difficulty Finding Qualified Candidates – Need Advice

Hey everyone,

I’m dealing with a common HR problem: it’s hard for us to find good candidates for our open positions.

Even though we post jobs on a lot of different sites, a lot of applicants either don’t have the right skills or don’t fit in with the company culture.

I believe this happens because:

  • Job descriptions might not be interesting or clear.

  • Our brand as an employer isn’t strong enough.

  • There is a lot of competition for talent.

  • Has anyone been through this before?

What strategies or advice have helped you consistently find the right people for the job?
