What are some ways or ideas that you would use Flowster triggers with Zapier? Finishing tasks trigger to something, email maybe? Maybe when you have multiple steps being done by multiple people an email can be zaped over to let the next person know to start working on the next step in the task.
When someone needs to know it’s their “turn” in a workflow, we have a checklist item @-mentioning the next person in the step. You can also pre-assign steps and dates due, e.g., person A will get assigned steps 1-3 when the checklist is run, and person B will get assigned step 4 with a due date of 2 days out.
