We recently filled out the Dangerous Goods exemption form and got approved for Not Hazardous.
However, we then tried changing the shipment from merchant-fulfilled to FBA, but are again asked to fill out the Dangerous Goods form. This is very odd 
Has anyone ran into this before?
@randy1 Did you provide SDS sheets as well? Usually that is what they are looking for to take a product off the Hazmat list.
It is strange they told you that they changed the status to not hazardous. It is probably worth a call into Amazon to find out if they actually got the status changed in their system. I wouldn’t be surprised if they asked for SDS sheets though.
