What is “best practice” when letting go of a VA? Notice and pay?

Steph, we have an SOP for letting a VA go. It’s kind of up to you on notice and pay… if they’ve been great and you can afford it it’s nice to give them some sort of severance and notice. I’m thinking a week notice and an additional one of severance would be nice.
